Overview
We have a 30-day return policy. For products purchased on the website www.coloradosuppliesllc.com, returns can be requested within 30 days of receipt by the original purchaser. Simply email ampventas@coloradosuppliesllc.com. When returning your item(s), they must include all original parts and be in good, resellable condition with tags and in its original packaging.
We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for return shipping to simplify your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds: Once we have received your returned purchase at our warehouse, it will take us 2-4 weeks to inspect the returned item and process your refund. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. No refunds will be made for returns made more than 30 days after delivery.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, we ask that you reorder the item online and handle your original purchase as a return for a refund. This will ensure you receive the item you want if we run out of stock before receiving your return.
Promotional Items: To receive a refund for a returned item that included a promotional item as a gift with purchase, you must return the gift along with the original item. If you choose to keep the gift item, you will be charged full retail value.
Order Cancellation: After you submit your order, no changes of any kind (items ordered, shipping/billing address, payment method, etc.) can be made to the order. If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately to ampventas@coloradosuppliesllc.com or phone (9706480993). Please note that canceling your order may not be possible as orders are processed and transferred to our warehouses for prompt fulfillment to ensure fast shipping. If the order is already in transit, consumers are expected to accept delivery of the package and handle the order as a return. Refusal to receive a shipment (unless approved in advance) is considered an unauthorized return, and the cost of freight return will be deducted from your refund.
Exceptions
Returned items must be in the original packaging, contain all components, and be in new condition.
Returns may require additional information or a photo of the items to process the return.
Returns received without a Colorado Supplies LLC return label may take over 7 days to be cleared.
Colorado Supplies LLC reserves the right to refuse or limit any returns that, in its sole discretion, appear fraudulent, abusive, in violation of these terms, or otherwise inappropriate.
Damaged items
We work hard to ensure that all items are received in good condition, and if the item is damaged, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. We will do our best to remedy the situation, whether by sending a replacement item or refunding your order and will help you return the damaged item at our expense. Initiate the return online for a full credit refund or contact Customer Service for replacements—the item you purchased. Re-wrap the item and drop it in the mail. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. If your return is accepted, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method.
